SALES AND REFUND POLICY

These Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales and transactions conducted by Salisbury Media Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for real estate photography and video services in Ontario, Canada.

1. Service Agreement

1.1 SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Salisbury Media Group provides real estate photography and video services as described in our service offerings. Clients agree to the specific services detailed in the booking.
1.2 BOOKING CONFIRMATION: A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Salisbury Media Group.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 PAYMENT METHOD: We currently only accept online payments for bookings via PayPal. Clients are not obligated to have a PayPal account to make payment.
2.2 FULL PAYMENT: Full payment for services is required while ordering a new booking. A successful full payment must be made in order to complete the booking process.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: Clients may cancel a booked service, subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
3.2 CANCELLATION BY SALISBURY MEDIA GROUP: Salisbury Media Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 REFUND ELIGIBILITY: Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances.
1. Cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, subject to the Terms of Service.
2. Unforeseen circumstances preventing service delivery.
3. Cancellation is made by Salisbury Media Group
4.2 REFUND PROCESSING TIME: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within five (5) business days from the date of the refund request.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 PREPARATION: Clients are responsible for preparing the property according to the guidelines provided by Salisbury Media Group.
5.2 ACCESS: Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time and communicate any delays or issues promptly.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1 NOTIFICATION: Salisbury Media Group reserves the right to update these Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions at any time.
6.2 EFFECTIVE DATE Changes to these terms will be effective as of the date they are posted on our website or otherwise communicated to clients.
